A resolution amending ordinance 2023-01 Cemetery Ordinance of the Town of Sherman, Dunn County,

Wisconsin, adopted by a two-thirds majority vote of the entire membership of the Town Board.

Removal of perpetual care requirements pursuant to Wis. Stat. 157.11 (11) and 157.129(5).

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Sherman.
