REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 

 

The Town of Sherman is seeking Proposals for 380th Street (CTH J – 910^th Ave), 810^th Avenue (Hwy 79 – CTH J), 865^th Avenue (CTH F to STH 25), and 500^th Street (760^th Ave to dead end) for 2.5” hot mix asphalt paving, grinding up additional base with the old pavement, rough grading prior to asphalt paving, and shouldering after asphalt paving. Proposals shall bid roads separately.

 

The Town of Sherman is also seeking Proposals for tree trimming along 380th Street (CTH J – 910^th Ave), 810^th Avenue (Hwy 79 – CTH J), and 865^th Avenue (CTH F to STH 25). Proposals shall bid roads separately.

 

The Town of Sherman will receive sealed Proposals until 5:00 p.m. on June 20, 2023  to be mailed to Chase Potter, Chairman, Town of Sherman, N7706 500^th Street, Menomonie, WI 54751.  The Town of Sherman board will open and review all Proposals at their Town Board meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. All Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked.

The Town of Sherman Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities in any proposal or to accept any proposal of parts of various proposals, which, in their opinion, is the most advantageous to the Town of Sherman.
