Adoption Town of Sherman Ordinance No. 2023-01 entitled Cemetery Ordinance Town of Sherman, Dunn County, Wisconsin.

The Town Board of the Town of Sherman pursuant to its authority under sections 60.22 (3) Wis. Stats. Does hereby adopt the Town of Sherman Cemetery Ordinance.  Ordinance Summary as follows pursuant to Wis. Stat. 61.50(3).

It is hereby ordained by the Town Board of the Town of Sherman, Dunn County Wisconsin, as follows:

Section 1 – Purpose

This ordinance is intended to ensure a beautiful and well cared for cemetery for the benefit of family members and loved ones for quiet refection and enjoyment.
