Adopted by the Town Board of the
Town of Sherman of Dunn County, Wisconsin
Ordinance No. O-01-2011
Amending Town of Sherman Ordinance No. O-01-2011, entitled Ordinance Allowing Sales of Alcohol in Closed Containers by “Class B” License Holders.
The Town Board of the Town of Sherman pursuant to its authority under sections 125 Wis. Stats. Does hereby amend the Town of Sherman Ordinance Allowing sales of alcohol in closed containers by “Class B” license holders. And does ordain as follows:
SECTION III- ADOPTION
This ordinance, adopted by a majority of the town board on a roll call vote with a quorum present and voting and proper notice having been given, provides that any holder of a "Class B" intoxicating liquor license may sell intoxicating liquor in the original package or container, in multiples not to exceed 4 liters at any one time, in any quantity, for consumption off the premises where sold. Wine may be sold for off-premise consumption in any quantity.
This Ordinance shall reflect Wis Stats. 125.51 (3) (b) become effective upon adoption and publication as required by law.
