Amending Town of Sherman Ordinance No. O-02-2011, entitled Ordinance Establishing Schedule of Fees for Alcohol Related Licenses and Permits.

The Town Board of the Town of Sherman pursuant to its authority under sections 125 Wis. Stats. Does hereby amend the Town of Sherman Ordinance Establishing Schedule of Fees for Alcohol Related Licenses and Permits to include additional license fees. And does ordain as follows:

Above Quota Restaurant “Class B” Initial License          $150.00                        s.125.51 (3) (e) 3

Above Quota Restaurant “Class B” license (Annual)      $150.00                        s.125.51 (3) (e) 3

Class “A” (Annual)                                                      $150.00                        s.125.25(4)

“Class A” (Annual)                                                      $150.00                        s.125.51 (2) (d)

Class “B” (Annual)                                                       $100.00                        s. 125.26 (4)

“Class C” (Annual)                                                       $100.00                        s. 125.51 (3m) (e)

This Ordinance shall reflect Wis Stats. 125.51 (3) (b) become effective upon adoption and publication as required by law.
