Ordinance No. O-01-2013

 

Amending Town of Sherman Ordinance No. O-01-2013, entitled Ordinance establishing designation and regulation of all-terrain vehicle routes, Town of Sherman, Dunn County, Wisconsin.

The Town Board of the Town of Sherman pursuant to its authority under sections 23.33 Wis. Stats. Does hereby amend the Town of Sherman Ordinance establishing designation and regulation of all-terrain vehicle routes, Town of Sherman, Dunn County, Wisconsin.  And does ordain as follows:

1. Section 5 Designation of all-terrain vehicle routes is hereby repealed and recreated as follows:

SECTION 5 DESIGNATION OF ALL-TERRAIN ROUTES

The following routes are designated ATV/UTV routes in the town:

All Town of Sherman Roads

 

This Ordinance shall become effective upon adoption and publication as required by law. (Thursday, July 25th, 2019)
