New Home Permits
Cost: $varies

When: For new homes, remodels, additions to homes. (Ex: Additions to home, new homes, trailer homes)

Driveway Permits
Cost: $25.00

When: for creation of new driveway or re-location of current driveway on all Town of Sherman roads. (NOT County roads)

Solid Waste Permit
Cost: $192.00 (Effective 1/1/2021 Solid Waste and Recycling services will be curb-side pick with Green For Life)

When: Annually, Due before March 31st for calendar year
This fee is due for all households in the Town of Sherman whether residents choose to use the service or not. It is required for the local municipalities to provide recycling services for residents. Delinquent solid waste and recycling fees will be added to the following year's tax roll in October of that year. -
